Return & Refund Policy

At mydormspace, we want you to love your dorm setup. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind after 15 days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at mydormspacehelper@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the damage

We'll work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.
