At mydormspace, we work hard to get your dorm essentials to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and supplier availability. During peak periods (back-to-school season, holidays), please allow additional time.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location and in most items, included in the advertised price.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days at mydormspacehelper@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue.
